THE OPPORTUNITY
Edgewater Dining offers waterfront dining at its finest in the heart of the Gold Coast dining scene. Our produce-driven menu delivers a modern take on casual fine dining, paired with an extensive wine and cocktail list.

We’re looking for an experienced Chef to join our team on a casual basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a well-run kitchen led by a Michelin-starred chef, with plenty of evening and weekend shifts available.

YOUR BACKGROUND

• Experience in a busy kitchen (CDP level or similar)
• Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent experience
• A team player with a love of food and a drive for excellence
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a dynamic service
