Job Description

We are seeking a highly professional and detail-oriented Butler to join our luxury hospitality team in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. As a Butler, you will be responsible for providing exceptional, personalized service to our esteemed guests, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout their stay.

• Anticipate and fulfill guests' needs with the utmost attention to detail and discretion
• Coordinate and oversee all aspects of guest services, including unpacking/packing, laundry, and special requests
• Manage guest itineraries, make reservations, and arrange transportation as needed
• Serve meals and beverages, including in-room dining experiences
• Maintain immaculate cleanliness and organization of guest suites
• Collaborate effectively with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
• Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally
• Uphold the highest standards of etiquette and protocol at all times
• Ensure compliance with all safety and security procedures
• Continuously seek ways to enhance the guest experience and exceed expectations

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Butler in a luxury hospitality setting
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset
• Degree from a School for Tourism & Hotel Management preferred
• Demonstrated ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a significant asset
• Exceptional time management and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management systems
• In-depth knowledge of etiquette, protocol, and international customs
• Culinary knowledge and wine expertise
• Discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and handle multiple tasks
• Impeccable grooming and professional presentation
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Knowledge of Cambodian culture and customs is highly advantageous
