Bartender - Las Vegas

Smith & Wollensky Steakhouse, an iconic fine dining steakhouse with six locations across the US, seeks experienced, engaging, and driven bartenders to join the team at one the most respected and successful steakhouses.

Our bartenders typically have two years of experience at a fine dining restaurant as well as a solid base of wine, beer, and liquor knowledge. We are looking for bartenders who are personable, have a passion for the art of hospitality, and thrive in a team environment.

• Must have at least 2 years’ experience working in a high volume and high-end environment
• Must have excellent knowledge of fine wine and cocktails
• Experience using Micros a big plus
