Bartender / Front Line Crew Member

Illegal Pete's is hiring for a hospitality focused Bartender to join the fun in our Hill location in Boulder! Bartenders are responsible for prepping and serving drinks, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a safe environment for all.    

Bartenders also work on the front-line as needed. Front Line Crew Members are the face and hands of Illegal Pete's, interacting with our guests on a daily basis, creating the great food and the welcoming environment that we're known for. In addition to bar, other positions may include hot, cold, digital, or cashier.

Front Line Crew Members are the face and hands of Illegal Pete's, interacting with our guests on a daily basis, creating the great food and the welcoming environment that we're known for. Front Line Crew Members are responsible for excellent customer service, food quality, cleanliness, and speed. This position works in various stations within the restaurant which may include hot line, cold line, bartender and cashier.

MORE MONEY - $25.30 - $27.30 per hour including tips! 

We believe in paying a Living Wage and that’s why your base rate plus tips will allow you to make more than any other fast casual around. Bartenders earn a Base Rate of $13.80, plus direct tips. Front Line base rate starting at $18.81 depending on experience, plus pooled tips skill, and/or education. All in benefits and pay up to $68,000 per year!

Requirements of the job

• Create an atmosphere that celebrates individuality and relaxed human connection
• Deliver excellent guest service
• Communicate effectively with guests and team members
• Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work in a standing position for long periods of time, ability to reach, bend, stoop and lift up to 50 pounds
• Certain other physical requirements may apply, as reasonably applicable in a standard kitchen/restaurant environment
