Job Description

  • Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages with accuracy, consistency, and care
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of spirits, cocktails, wine, beer, and beverage standards
  • Offer beverage guidance and recommendations with discretion and professionalism
  • Execute beverage service in alignment with established recipes, specifications, and presentation standards
  • Maintain bar cleanliness, organization, and readiness at all times
  • Monitor guest experience at the bar and respond promptly and professionally to needs
  • Collaborate closely with service, culinary, and beverage teams to ensure smooth service flow
  • Uphold all service standards, responsible alcohol service practices, and appearance guidelines
  • Maintain discretion, composure, and professionalism at all times

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years prior experience as a bartender in fine dining, luxury hospitality, or a high-standard service environment preferred
  • Strong technical understanding of classic cocktails, spirits, wine, and beverage fundamentals
  • WSET certification (or equivalent wine and spirits education) preferred
  • Additional beverage certifications (e.g., sommelier coursework, spirits education programs) considered an asset
  • Professional, composed demeanor with clear and respectful communication
  • Strong attention to detail and consistency
  • Ability to perform effectively in a structured, high-expectation environment
  • Legally eligible to work in Canada
  • Available weekdays, weekends, evenings and holidays as needed.
