Role Overview

As a Bartender, you’ll craft elevated cocktails, engage guests with warm hospitality, and collaborate with culinary and market teams to deliver a seamless experience. You’ll bring creativity, precision, and personality to every pour—whether behind the bar or supporting events and tastings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drink Preparation & Service
  • Mix and serve classic and signature cocktails with consistency and flair
  • Maintain knowledge of seasonal menus, local ingredients, and market pairings
  • Engage guests with recommendations and thoughtful service
  • Cleanliness & Setup
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar station
  • Follow health and safety protocols for food and beverage handling
  • Assist with opening and closing duties
  • Inventory & Collaboration
  • Track usage and assist with ordering spirits, mixers, and supplies
  • Coordinate with market team to feature local products in cocktails
  • Support barback and server teams during peak hours
  • Events & Innovation

·      Contribute to cocktail development and seasonal menu planning

·      Participate in tastings, mixology classes, and promotional events

·      Stay current with beverage trends and guest preferences

Qualifications

·      2+ years bartending experience in upscale or high-volume settings

·      Strong mixology skills and product knowledge

·      Excellent communication and multitasking abilities

·      Familiarity with POS systems and inventory tools

·      Passion for food, drink, and guest engagement
