This role will be based in Zuma London, the original restaurant located in the heart of Knightsbridge. Where our story first began, our iconic London venue serves as the global heart of the Zuma energy now spanning over the globe with 25 restaurants.

We are looking for a talented and passionate Bartender to join our team here at Zuma London. As a Zuma Bartender, you’ll create unforgettable vibes by crafting exceptional drinks, ensuring seamless service, and delivering a consistent experience that keeps guests returning for more.

Main Duties

Our ideal Bartender will:

• Build strong relationships with guests, offering tailored drink recommendations
• Prepare and serve drinks according to brand standards, ensuring consistency
• Maintain cleanliness and organization at the bar counter and surrounding areas
• Maximize sales through up-selling and responding to guest needs promptly
• Stay updated on menu items and assist with the training of new bar team members 
• Adhere to safety, hygiene, and health protocols to ensure a safe bar environment

• Proven experience as a bartender in a luxury high-volume restaurant
• A deep passion for mixology and an expert in crafting exceptional cocktails
