Léon 1909 is a high-end French & Italian countryside restaurant celebrated for refined cuisine, curated cocktails, and warm, guest-focused service. We’re seeking an experienced full-time Bartender to craft exceptional guest experiences in a polished, fine-dining environment.

Your Role
- Prepare and serve craft cocktails, wine, and beverages in a fine-dining setting
- Deliver warm, attentive, guest-focused service
- Maintain accuracy, consistency, and pace during service
- Assist with inventory, ordering, and bar organization
- Uphold food safety and sanitation standards
What You Bring
- 2+ years bartending experience in fine dining, upscale casual, or Michelin-style restaurants
- Strong knowledge of cocktail techniques, wine, and spirits
- ServSafe or food safety certification (preferred)
- Professional demeanor and polished appearance
- Excellent communication and guest relations skills
- Reliable transportation and U.S. work eligibility
Schedule
- Full-time | 35 hrs/week | 4–5 days per week
- 7–8 hour shifts | Year-round employment
