Position Description  

Our Baristas will have strong interpersonal communications skills, be initiative-taking and trustworthy, and be a team player. They will also be able to work fast and efficiently, maintain composure under pressure, and have a positive, customer-friendly attitude.

Job Responsibilities  

• Greet customers, answer questions, and provide customer feedback 
• Educate customers on the drinks menu, make recommendations based on customer preferences, and upsell specials 
• Take customer orders and payments, operate tills and card machines, and handle cash and credit card payments 
• Prepare and serve hot and cold drinks, such as coffee, tea, and specialty drinks, following recipes and techniques 
• Prepare and serve food items, such as baked goods and pastries 
• Clean and sanitize work areas, seating areas, equipment, and utensils 
• Comply with health and safety laws and guidelines 
• Open and closing the store
