Requirements

  • Event Planning and Coordination:

    • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and expectations for their events.
    • Plan and organize banquet events, including weddings, corporate events, and private parties.
    • Develop detailed event plans and timelines to ensure seamless execution.
  • Staff Management:

    • Recruit, train, and supervise banquet staff, including servers, bartenders, and setup crews.
    • Schedule staff according to the needs of each event and ensure adequate coverage.
    • Monitor staff performance and provide coaching and feedback as needed.
  • Operations Management:

    • Oversee the setup, execution, and breakdown of banquet events.
    • Ensure that all banquet spaces are properly prepared and maintained.
    • Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient food service.
  • Customer Service:

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during events.
    • Address any issues or concerns promptly and professionally to ensure client satisfaction.
    • Collect feedback from clients and guests to continually improve service quality.
  • Budget and Financial Management:

    • Prepare and manage budgets for banquet events, ensuring cost control and profitability.
    • Track expenses and revenue for each event and report on financial performance.
    • Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers to secure the best prices and services.
  • Compliance and Safety:

    • Ensure all events comply with health and safety regulations.
    • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in all banquet areas.
    • Implement and enforce policies and procedures to ensure the safety of guests and staff.
