TMC Hospitality is looking for a creative and skilled Pastry Chef to join our culinary team. The deal candidate will have a passion for baking and a keen eye for detail, helping us produce delicious and visually appealing pastries and desserts.


Responsibilities

  • Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, desserts, and other baked goods.
  • Follow recipes and presentation specifications.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
  • Ensure all food products are prepared to the highest standards of quality and consistency.
  • Assist with inventory management and ordering of ingredients.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to create new recipes and menu items.
  • Adhere to health and safety guidelines and regulations.



Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Pastry Cook or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of baking techniques and pastry preparation.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail and creativity.
  • Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
