The Food & Beverage Service Associate is responsible for delivering excellent guest service in all F&B outlets, including restaurants, bars, banquet halls, and room service. The associate ensures efficient service, maintains cleanliness and hygiene standards, and enhances guest satisfaction through professional and courteous behavior.
Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner.
Present menus, take food and beverage orders accurately, and make recommendations when needed.
Serve food and beverages to guests according to service standards.
Ensure guest satisfaction by checking on their experience and responding promptly to any requests or concerns.
Set up and clear tables, buffets, and banquet setups as required.
Prepare mise en place (cutlery, napkins, condiments, etc.) before each shift.
Assist with buffet service, bar service, and room service as assigned.
Process guest bills and payments accurately using the POS system.
Maintain cleanliness of work areas, equipment, and service stations.
Follow hygiene and safety protocols in handling food and beverages.
Adhere to hotel grooming and appearance standards at all times.
Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and correct delivery of food.
Communicate guest preferences and special requests to the relevant departments.
Attend daily briefings and training sessions to stay updated on menu changes, promotions, and hotel policies.
