The Food & Beverage Associate is responsible for delivering exceptional guest service in all dining areas of the hotel. This role ensures high-quality food and beverage service, maintains cleanliness and organization, and contributes to creating a welcoming and memorable guest experience.
Greet and seat guests, presenting menus and offering assistance with food and beverage selections.
Provide attentive, courteous, and efficient service throughout the guest’s dining experience.
Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns.
Deliver food and beverages accurately and in a timely manner.
Set up, maintain, and clean dining areas, buffet stations, and service counters.
Follow hotel standards for table setup, presentation, and service sequence.
Process orders using POS systems and handle billing or payment transactions accurately.
Assist in room service operations if applicable.
Ensure all food and beverage items are presented according to hotel quality standards.
Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, allergens, and preparation methods.
Follow all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation guidelines (e.g., HACCP standards).
Adhere to hotel policies, procedures, and uniform standards.
Comply with responsible alcohol service regulations.
Collaborate with kitchen staff, bartenders, and supervisors to ensure smooth operations.
Participate in daily briefings, training sessions, and team meetings.
Assist with inventory, restocking, and maintaining supply levels.
