We’re now hiring Assistant Restaurant Managers and Shift Leaders to help lead our teams and shape the El Jannah experience, every shift, every guest, every meal.

About the roles

Whether you’re stepping into leadership as a Shift Leader or ready to take the next step as an Assistant Restaurant Manager, both roles are vital to keeping our restaurants humming. You’ll support the Restaurant Manager in delivering great food, great service and a great culture, while growing your own skills and leadership potential.

As a Shift Leader, you will:

• Lead your team on shift, ensuring smooth operations, energy and pace throughout service

• Support food quality, guest service, cleanliness and safety standards

• Manage cash handling, team breaks, restocking and on-shift troubleshooting

• Set the tone for the shift, coach team members and lead by example

• Work closely with management to deliver a consistent, positive guest experience

As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will:

• Support the Restaurant Manager in day-to-day operations and team leadership

• Help manage rosters, stock, compliance, guest feedback and shift performance

• Coach and develop team members and shift leaders to reach their potential

• Drive team culture, food safety, cost control and guest satisfaction

• Act as second in charge and step up to run the restaurant in the Manager’s absence

What we’re looking for

• For Shift Leaders: 1 to 2 years’ QSR or hospitality experience preferred

• For Assistant Managers: 2 to 4 years’ experience in QSR or similar leadership role

• Confident, hands-on leaders who thrive in a fast-paced team environment

• Great communicators who stay calm under pressure and lead by example

• Passion for guest service, food quality and keeping standards high

• A strong sense of accountability, teamwork and positive energy
