What You Will Do:

  • Assist in overseeing daily restaurant operations.
  • Supervise and train staff to maintain service excellence.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing complaints and special requests.
  • Monitor inventory, order supplies, and manage vendor relationships.
  • Support financial performance by controlling costs and maximizing revenue.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
  • Coordinate with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless operations.
  • Implement marketing and promotional strategies to drive business growth.
  • Prepare reports and provide operational feedback to senior management.

What You Will Bring:

  • Previous experience in the similar or managerial role from 2 years and above.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.
  • Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail.
  • Experience in restaurant operations and financial management.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Japanese language.
