Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting the Restaurant Manager run a successful store
• Driving an exceptionally high level of customer service through the team
• Regularly acknowledging great performance on a job well done
• Connecting with customers & growing sales

To be a successful Assistant Restaurant Manager you will need:

• Experience engaging and motivating a team
• Confidence and experience dealing with staff performance
• A passion to deliver and drive an exceptional customer experience
• An understanding of what is required to run a business and interpret financial reports
• A keen interest in a career in QSR
• Flexibility to work a 40 hour per week roster across 7 days including evening shifts, we do operate under a fixed shift labour model meaning you will have fixed shifts and days, working the same shifts on the same days, every week
