JOB TITLE: Assistant Restaurant Manager
JOB SUMMARY: We are seeking a professional individual who likes to move around and manage multiple locations within the property. Our goal is to grow sales and build repeat guest through guest satisfaction and employee engagement.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND FUNCTIONS:
QUALIFICATIONS:
· Supervisor/Management experience required
· Restaurant experience required
· Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently
· Must be able to work in a team
· Perform duties quickly and efficiently
· Must be able to stand entire shift
· Some of the time will be spent working actively including but not limited to bending, stretching, lifting and walking.
AVAILABILTY:
· Must be available weekends, holidays, and night shifts.
RESPONSIBLE FOR: Keys, cash handing and inventory.
HAZARDS ENCOUNTERED: Hot cooking equipment, sharp knives can be dangerous if used in a careless manner. Wet or slippery floors and some cleaning chemicals can be hazardous if directions are not followed.

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS: Ability to read, write, speak and understand English. Simple arithmetic.
PRIOR EXPERIENCE: Knowledge of food handling, supervisory experience, and customer service.
PERSONAL REQUIREMENTS: Clean, friendly, professional, organized, and self-motivated.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS: Must have a valid driver's license.
