We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Assistant Restaurant Manager. As the Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring a high level of guest service, supervising staff, and supporting the Restaurant Manager in all aspects of restaurant operations.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations. - Respond to guest service issues in a timely and professional manner and escalate to the Restaurant Manager when necessary. - Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive dining experience for guests. - Maintain a professional demeanor at all times, ensuring all actions and communications are within guest view. - Create a welcoming and hospitable atmosphere in the dining room. - Maintain menu knowledge and be able to answer general guest inquiries. - Adapt to changes in staffing, procedures, and service requirements. - Understand and execute special service procedures and paperwork. - Maintain regular attendance and punctuality in a complete uniform for any scheduled shift.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry. - Strong customer service and communication skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively. - Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and positive attitude under pressure. - Knowledge of restaurant service and procedures. - Ability to lead and motivate a team of staff members. - Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
