Unit Description

Providing hospitality services since 2012, Delaware North provides hospitality services at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport one of the world’s busiest airports. Delaware North serves up travelers' local favorites such as Grindhouse Killer Burgers, and national brands including Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures
  • Maintain positive guest relations and high standards of service to ensure exceptional guest satisfaction
  • Support the Restaurant General Manager in training, motivating, and developing team members to maintain high performance and professionalism
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as ordering and inventory and oversee scheduling, payroll, and point of sale systems
  • Monitor and enforce health, safety, and sanitation standards in compliance with regulations

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2-3 years of management experience in a high-volume restaurant
  • Knowledge of food and beverage service standards, health regulations, and safety procedures
  • Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
  • Proficient computer skills, including Word, Outlook, Excel, and point of sale systems
  • Ability to obtain ServSafe, Food Safety Handler, and Training for Intervention Procedures certifications
  • Capacity to work a flexible schedule to accommodate business levels
