Description

Working in conjunction with the Operations Manager- oversee and support all aspects of the dining establishment to ensure profitability and an overall enjoyable experience.

  • Opening and closing the restaurant.
  • Responsible for shift/position coverage as needed and creating weekly schedule.
  • Appointing, inducting, and mentoring new staff members.
  • Resolving customers' questions and grievances in a professional manner Ensure product quality and consistency.
  • Ensuring that the restaurant adheres to pertinent health and safety regulations.
  • Work closely with Operations Manager on day-to- day issues
Requirements

Job Qualifications

  • Education: High School or equivalent
  • Experience1-3 years guest facing experience
  • Demonstrated success creating a superior guest experience
