Working in conjunction with the Operations Manager- oversee and support all aspects of the dining establishment to ensure profitability and an overall enjoyable experience.
Opening and closing the restaurant.
Responsible for shift/position coverage as needed and creating weekly schedule.
Appointing, inducting, and mentoring new staff members.
Resolving customers' questions and grievances in a professional manner Ensure product quality and consistency.
Ensuring that the restaurant adheres to pertinent health and safety regulations.
Work closely with Operations Manager on day-to- day issues

Education: High School or equivalent
Experience1-3 years guest facing experience
Demonstrated success creating a superior guest experience
