As our Assistant Restaurant Manager, you’ll play a key role in the day-to-day operations of our Spanaway restaurant. Here’s what your responsibilities will include:
- Collaborate closely with the Restaurant GM to ensure smooth operations.
- Lead and motivate the team to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Support staff training and development to maintain high standards.
- Assist in managing inventory, scheduling, and operational efficiency.
- Uphold our commitment to quality, cleanliness, and a positive work environment.
To be successful in this role, you’ll need:
- 1 year of experience in a similar role or the restaurant industry.
- A self-driven, motivated, and trustworthy personality.
- A team-oriented mindset with a passion for collaboration and improvement.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
-A humble and teachable temperament, being accepting of new ideas and willingness to grow and be challenged.
