Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and dependable Assistant Restaurant Manager to help oversee the daily operations of our fast-food branch. This role supports the Restaurant Manager in managing staff, ensuring efficient store performance, and delivering excellent customer service. The Assistant Manager will also be responsible for taking the lead during the Manager’s absence and ensuring seamless operations at all times.
Your Responsibilities:
Operations Support
- Assist in managing day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring adherence to operational systems and service standards.
- Help oversee implementation of store procedures, including inventory, cash control, kitchen operations, and cleanliness protocols.
- Ensure that food quality, safety, and sanitation standards are consistently maintained.
- Monitor daily performance and assist in reporting on key operational metrics.
Team Leadership
- Supervise front- and back-of-house staff to ensure smooth workflow and excellent service delivery.
- Support in scheduling, onboarding, and training of new employees.
- Address employee and customer concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Step in for the Restaurant Manager during absences to ensure consistent leadership.
Customer Experience & Store Performance
- Support in managing customer satisfaction by ensuring prompt service, clean facilities, and accurate orders.
- Assist in driving sales targets and controlling store expenses.
- Promote teamwork and high morale among staff to maintain a positive working environment.
What our Client is Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or any related field.
- Minimum of 1–2 years of supervisory experience in the food service industry, preferably in fast food or other fast-paced environments.
- Working knowledge of kitchen operations, inventory control, and basic P&L understanding.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Willing to take initiative and step up when needed, especially during the absence of the Restaurant Manager.
