Key Responsibilities
Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets for Travel Trade and MICE segments.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to increase room nights, banquet revenue, and overall hotel revenue.
Identify new business opportunities through proactive sales calls, networking, and market intelligence.
Manage and grow relationships with key Travel Trade partners, Tour Operators, DMCs, and Corporate Clients.
Negotiate contracts, rate agreements, and business terms in alignment with hotel pricing strategies.
Ensure timely renewal of corporate and travel trade contracts.
Handle end-to-end MICE and group sales enquiries including site inspections, proposals, and negotiations.
Coordinate with Banquets, Operations, and Revenue teams to ensure flawless execution of events.
Monitor group blocks, cut-off dates, and ensure optimum conversion ratios.
Conduct regular market analysis to track competitor activity, pricing, and trends.
Represent the hotel at trade shows, roadshows, exhibitions, and networking events.
Promote hotel facilities, services, and brand positioning in domestic and international markets.
Work closely with Revenue Management, Reservations, and Operations teams to maximize yield.
Prepare sales forecasts, weekly/monthly reports, and business reviews for management.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities using CRM systems.
Mentor junior sales team members and support their performance goals.
Ensure adherence to brand standards, SOPs, and hotel policies at all times.
