Proactively solicit catering business for weddings, social events, conferences, meetings, and corporate events.
Achieve assigned catering sales targets and contribute to overall hotel revenue goals.
Conduct client meetings, site inspections, and hotel show rounds for potential clients.
Prepare and negotiate catering proposals, contracts, and event orders (BEOs).
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, event planners, wedding planners, and travel partners.
Ensure repeat business through excellent service delivery and post-event follow-ups.
Handle client inquiries, customize menus and event setups as per client requirements.
Coordinate with Banquets, Kitchen, Front Office, Housekeeping, and Finance for seamless event execution.
Ensure accurate communication of event details to operational teams.
Monitor event execution to ensure service quality and client satisfaction.
Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and daily sales reports.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
Assist in budgeting, revenue planning, and yield management for catering business.
Ensure timely collection of advances and payments in coordination with Finance.
Maintain compliance with hotel SOPs, safety standards, and brand guidelines.
Update CRM systems with client data, contracts, and event histories.
