About the Role:

As an Apprentice Chef, you’ll work alongside our dedicated kitchen team, gaining hands-on experience across all areas of food preparation and service. You’ll learn everything from knife skills and plating to stock control and kitchen hygiene, all while completing your trade qualification.

What You’ll Do:

• Assist in the preparation and cooking of a variety of menu items

• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work environment

• Work closely with senior chefs to learn and grow your culinary skills

• Support the team in delivering consistent, high-quality food

• Attend TAFE or training as required to complete your apprenticeship

• Passionate about food and eager to learn

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic

• Reliable, punctual, and a true team player

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment

• No prior kitchen experience required – just enthusiasm and commitment!
