Rotate between hot kitchen stations, supporting peak service and covering absences
Prepare and present dishes aligned with modern European standards and hotel expectations
Maintain strict hygiene and food safety protocols (HACCP)
Collaborate closely with the Sous Chef and Head Chef to refine menus and mise-en-place
Proven experience as Chef de Partie or Tournant, ideally in a 4* or 5* hotel or fine-dining setting
Strong skills in the hot section; well-versed in modern European cooking techniques
Flexibility and adaptability to cover multiple stations
Passion for quality ingredients, seasonal produce, and sustainability
Professional kitchen conduct, with attention to cleanliness and detail
Fluent in English (German is an advantage but not required)
