Our client is a fast-growing construction company who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.

  • Provide leadership and mentorship to the design team, promoting a culture that values creativity, collaboration, and excellence.

  • Direct and manage all phases of design within construction projects, from initial concept through to final delivery, ensuring adherence to client specifications, regulatory requirements, project timelines, and budget constraints.

  • Conceptualize and execute innovative design solutions for high-rise buildings, hotels, and resorts, balancing both functional and aesthetic considerations.

  • Engage with internal teams and external partners—including architects, engineers, contractors, and clients—to ensure integrated and seamless project implementation.

  • Ensure consistent application of rigorous design quality standards across all projects.

  • Contribute to strategic planning efforts, supporting the development and fulfillment of the company’s overarching design vision and objectives.

  • Oversee financial management aspects of projects, including budgeting and resource allocation, to achieve cost-effective design outcomes.

  • Continuously monitor industry advancements, emerging technologies, and best practices in design and construction to enhance the company’s design proficiency.

  • Perform additional duties as assigned by senior management.



Requirements

  • A minimum of 15 years’ experience in the planning and design management of large-scale developments exceeding 50 hectares, such as new urban districts, high-rise building projects, and townships.

  • Proven experience working within international design consulting firms or holding design management positions in investor-led enterprises.

  • Exceptional skills in managing relationships with various stakeholders.

  • Possession of a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Structural Engineering, or a related discipline.

  • Advanced proficiency in design software, including AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.

  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English.

  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities and experience managing teams effectively.

  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
