Key Responsibilities

Financial Planning & Analysis

â Prepare and monitor annual budgets, forecasts, and business plans.

â Review monthly financial statements and provide variance analysis with actionable

insights.

â Recommend strategies to enhance profitability and operational efficiency.

Accounting & Compliance
<\/div>
<\/div>
â Ensure accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions as per ITC and

<\/div>
statutory guidelines.
<\/div>
<\/div>
â Oversee preparation of P&L statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
<\/div>
<\/div>
â Maintain strict compliance with all regulatory and audit requirements, including GST,
<\/div>
<\/div>
TDS, and other statutory filings.
<\/div>

Cost Control & Inventory Management
<\/div>
<\/div>
â Monitor departmental expenses and implement effective cost control measures.
<\/div>

â Oversee inventory management across F&B, housekeeping, and other operational

<\/div>
departments.

<\/div>
â Identify opportunities for cost optimization while maintaining guest service standards.

Team Leadership & Collaboration
<\/div>
<\/div>
â Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team to ensure smooth day -to -day operations.

â Collaborate with department heads to drive financial discipline and accountability.

â Conduct regular reviews to improve team performance and process efficiency.

Strategic Partnership
