Teppanyaki Chef Profile

A skilled and charismatic culinary professional specializing in Teppanyaki-style cooking, known for delivering an interactive and theatrical dining experience. With deep knowledge of traditional Japanese cuisine and modern culinary techniques, the Teppanyaki Chef combines culinary artistry with showmanship to engage and entertain guests while preparing high-quality dishes on a hot iron griddle (teppan).

Key Skills & Expertise:

  • Expert in Teppanyaki cooking techniques including knife skills, food flipping, and grilling
  • Strong understanding of Japanese ingredients, sauces, and flavor profiles
  • Exceptional guest interaction and performance skills
  • Ability to manage multiple orders while maintaining visual appeal and timing
  • Familiarity with hygiene standards, food safety regulations, and kitchen SOPs
  • Creativity in menu development and special presentation styles

Qualifications
