Set to open in the second half of 2023, the Hotel will have over 200 well-appointed rooms, suites and private villas, lush gardens, indoor and outdoor pools offering a lifestyle that is uniquely Suzhou and uncompromising service that is uniquely Four Seasons.

Job Description

The Four Seasons Hotel Suzhou is looking for Technician who shares a passion for excellence and who infuse enthusiasm into everything they do.

Job Summary

• Diagnose and provide service and repairs to hotel equipment including electrical, plumbing, steam, gas, fire & safety, HVAC refrigeration, interior, paint and decorating, and respond to inquiries and problems in an efficient, courteous and professional manner to achieve maximum customer satisfaction while complying with all Four Seasons’ policies.
• 判断酒店设备故障并提供相关服务和维修，包括电气、给排水、蒸汽、燃气、消防和安全、暖通制冷，室内装饰、油漆和装修，并且高效率、有礼貌和专业的反馈各种咨询和问题。在遵守四季酒店政策的同时最大限度地满足顾客的需要。

Requirements

We are looking for individuals who are strategic, have strong business acumen, good communication, and interpersonal skills.  

• Be proactively familiarized all MEP systems and relevant key points.

积极地熟悉相关机电工程系统及关键点。

• Proactively participate in any skill training program to constantly develop problem solving skills

积极参加相关技能培训以提高解决问题的技能。

• Build good relationship with co-works and work closely with teams to quickly solving any works required.

与同事建议良好的关系，相互之间紧密合作快速解决相关报修任务。

• Cultivate assistance offering consciousness, be willing to providing assistance to anyone needed

培养提供帮助他人的意识，乐意地为需要帮助的同事或他人提供帮助。

• Perform good log recording during daily shift.

认真做好当班的报修日志记录  

• Implement and handle preventative maintenance of all equipment and update appropriate logs.

推进和执行所有设备的维护保养并更新相应的保养记录.

• Diagnose and handle all repairs of equipment including motors, starters, breakers, air-cons and associated equipment throughout the entire building.

判断所有设备故障并进行维修，包括电机、启动装置、断路器、空调主机及其他整个建筑内的所有相关设备.  

• Respond to guest calls regarding maintenance of rooms and equipment in rooms or public area in a timely manner.

及时响应并处理顾客关于客房或公共地区设施维修的要求。

• Assist Duty engineer, Supervisor etc. in responding to any emergency conditions such as fires,power failures, etc.

协助值班工程师，工程主管处理所有紧急事件，比如火灾、停电等。

• Perform other tasks or responsibilities assigned by leaders

完成领导分配的其他任务和职责。Ability to read, write and speak English.

具备英语听说读写的能力。

• Mandarin Speaking and Work authorization in China is a must.
