About the role

The Engineering Technician is responsible for maintaining, repairing, and ensuring the safe operation of all resort facilities, equipment, and systems. This role supports daily maintenance activities to ensure guest comfort, safety, and uninterrupted resort operations.

What you will do

Perform routine maintenance and repairs on resort facilities, guest rooms, and public areas.
Maintain and troubleshoot electrical, plumbing, HVAC, mechanical, and general building systems.
Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency repairs.
Conduct regular inspections to identify faults, wear, or safety hazards.
Assist in preventive maintenance programs to reduce breakdowns.
Maintain tools, equipment, and maintenance work areas in good condition.

What you bring

Diploma or technical certification in Engineering, Electrical, Mechanical, or related field.
1–3 years of maintenance experience in a hotel, resort, or similar facility (preferred).
Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
Team-oriented with good communication skills.
Understanding of safety regulations and preventive maintenance practices.
