Your main duties in flying with us:

    • Understand the job needs of the assigned role (job requirements, jobdesc, etc)
    • Practice to update and post the job ads in various sourcing channels
    • Practice to do sourcing in various channels (for Intern, junior, mid level) and approach active & passive candidates
    • Support the TAs for sourcing, scheduling, contacting, and liaising with the users
    • Understand how to interview and type of questions (behavioral event interview, STAR, etc)
    • Practice to make list of questions & interview candidate (for Intern, junior, mid level)
    • Practice to create the candidate assessment result for Hiring Managers

Mandatory belongings that you must prepare:

    • Final year student or fresh graduate from any major who's interested with recruitment and human resource management
    • Great communication skill
    • Excellent English communication skill
    • Good in stakeholder management
    • Willing to learn
    • Able to join immediately
