Prepare and present high-quality sushi, sashimi, and maki rolls
Ensure all food meets safety and sanitation standards
Maintain prep levels, freshness, and consistency throughout service
Collaborate with the culinary team to develop specials and seasonal offerings
Provide outstanding guest service with speed, accuracy, and artistry
Maintain a clean, organized workstation
Assist with inventory and ordering of fish and sushi-related items
Proven experience as a Sushi Chef or Sushi Cook
Strong knife skills and knowledge of sushi preparation techniques
Passion for creativity, flavor balance, and presentation
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong teamwork, communication, and time-management skills
Food Safety Certification (preferred)
