Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee overall kiosk operations (opening, closing, SOPs).
- Manage staff schedules, shifts, and manpower planning.
- Ensure visual merchandising, stock levels and product display are aligned with brand standards & SOPs.
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure top-notch service delivery.
- Report daily sales, stock movement, and incident logs to HQ.
- Lead by example - motivating team, keep energy up, and KPIs in check.
- Greet, assist, and engage customers to drive sales.
- Manage cash register and simple payment processes (e.g. e-wallets, QR codes, POS).
