Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Environmental Health, Food Science, or related field (preferred).
Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in stewarding and hygiene, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
In-depth knowledge of HACCP principles, kitchen sanitation, and food safety standards in compliance with local and international regulations.
Certified in:
PIC Level 3 (Person in Charge – Dubai Municipality requirement)
HACCP Certification (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points)
ISO 22000 – Food Safety Management Systems
