As a Senior Lead Barista, you’ll set the standard for operational excellence and embody the values that define the Starbucks Experience. In this leadership role, you'll collaborate closely with the store and shift managers to guide a team of baristas in delivering exceptional customer service and crafting high-quality beverages and products.

By assisting with delegating tasks effectively and overseeing daily store operations, you’ll ensure smooth workflows while fostering team engagement and morale.
Senior Lead Baristas play a key role in inspiring their team, upholding store standards, and creating memorable experiences for everyone who walks through our doors. You’ll lead by example, consistently modeling Starbucks’ mission and core values in every interaction.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Prolonged standing and walking, talking, hearing, pulling, bending, may carry forty (40) pounds of objects/material, maybe exposed to extreme noise level, reach with hands or arms, stoop, kneel, taste or smell.
