Sr. Quantity Surveyor (Hotel, FF&E)

Work Setup: Remote (Work From Home)
Availability: Must be able to join immediately

We are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor with strong experience in quantity take-off and BOQ preparation. The ideal candidate has handled hotel projects and is familiar with FF&E specifications and costing.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 10 years QS experience (senior level)

• Strong background in Take-Off and BOQ preparation

• Experience working on hotel projects is highly preferred

• Knowledge in FF&E is an advantage

• Proficient in standard QS tools/software

• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently

• Familiar with Planswift or Bluebeam

• Must be available to start immediately
