Job Description
Creating nutritious and balanced meal plans based on dietary restrictions, health conditions, and individual needs.
Understanding of nutritional principles, dietary guidelines, and food labeling.
Preparing and cooking meals according to established recipes and guidelines, ensuring proper portion control and presentation.
Selecting high-quality, fresh ingredients that meet nutritional requirements.
Adhering to strict food safety and sanitation standards to prevent foodborne illnesses.
Understanding nutritional principles, dietary guidelines, and food labeling.
Selecting high-quality, fresh ingredients that meet nutritional requirements.
Taking full responsibility for the quality of output from the station.
Consistently and efficiently preparing food from the station.
Reporting and tracking food waste as well as equipment issues.
Follows proper plate presentation procedures
Qualifications
Proven experience in hospitality settings
Expertise in Continental, Asian and International cuisines
Knowledge of or interest in nutrition and plant based cooking
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining kitchen cleanliness
Strong understanding of food safety regulations
