What You�ll Do:

  • Bring menus to life�from planning to plating
  • Keep operations running smoothly (and cleanly!) behind the scenes
  • Taste, test, and tweak to make sure every dish hits the mark
  • Take the lead in training and supervising kitchen staff
  • Manage food inventory and purchasing with a sharp eye for cost control
  • Collaborate on special event menus and guest experiences
  • Ensure the kitchen is a safe, efficient, and positive place to work

What We�re Looking For:

  • A culinary degree or relevant experience (bonus points for both!)
  • Leadership chops and a team-first attitude
  • A passion for food quality, presentation, and guest satisfaction
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • The flexibility and availability to work nights, holidays and/or weekends should be doable
