We are thrilled to continue collaborating with an esteemed group of hotels located across the UK. One of their beautiful properties, situated in a picturesque village near Oxfordshire and recently renovated, is seeking an experienced Sous Chef to join their kitchen brigade.

Responsibilities as a Sous Chef…

• Crafting a selection of modern British dishes for up to 48 covers and banquets for up to 100 people
• Going above and beyond to perfect your skillset as the team pushes for further accolades
• Making the most of the hotel’s access to fresh, locally sourced ingredients
• Showcasing high-quality communication skills and passing on your culinary expertise to the more junior chefs in the brigade

Working as part of an award-winning team, you will create a selection of 3 Rosette standard, classic British dishes with modern twists.
