We are delighted to be supporting a breathtaking country house hotel nestled in the stunning Wiltshire countryside. Renowned for its exceptional hospitality and dining experiences, they are now seeking a talented Lounge Dining Sous Chef to oversee the banqueting and lounge dining in the hotel’s main kitchen.

This is an exciting opportunity to elevate the lounge dining experience, moving beyond quick bites to offer guests a refined yet relaxed alternative to the hotel’s fine dining restaurant.

You must have your own mode of transport due to the hotel’s location.

• £35,000 per annum plus £2,000 to £3,000 service charge

Responsibilities as the Sous Chef…

• Helping lead a team of around five chefs, ensuring the smooth operation of the banqueting and lounge dining service
• Elevating the lounge dining experience beyond quick bites, offering high-quality, well-executed dishes
• Supporting the Head Chef with kitchen management, staff training, and maintaining high standards
• Taking advantage of excellent training and development opportunities within the group
