They are now on the lookout for a skilled and creative Sous Chef to play a key role in their kitchen, ensuring every dish is executed to perfection.

Responsibilities as the Sous Chef…

• Supporting the Head Chef and stepping up to lead the kitchen in their absence.
• Crafting dishes that highlight the best seasonal, locally sourced ingredients.
• Bringing fresh ideas and creativity to the menu, enhancing the restaurant’s reputation.
• Motivating and mentoring the team to deliver consistently high standards.
• Maintaining impeccable food hygiene and safety standards.
