At InterContinental Sanctuary Cove Resort, we’re looking for a passionate and driven Sous Chef to join our Culinary team and take a leading role within our Main Kitchen. Overseeing our In-Room Dining operation, Cove Café, Club InterContinental and Verandah Restaurant & Bar, you’ll help shape exceptional dining experiences that reflect the warm sophistication of the InterContinental brand.

About the RoleAs Sous Chef, you’ll work closely with the Executive Chef and Senior Culinary Team to lead day-to-day kitchen operations. You’ll support menu development, mentor junior chefs, uphold the highest food safety and quality standards, and play a key role in delivering creative, consistent dishes across multiple outlets.
This is a hands-on leadership role for a chef who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys variety, and takes pride in producing elevated, beautifully executed cuisine.
