We’re working with one of London’s most prestigious five-star hotels as they embark on an exciting new chapter in their flagship restaurant. With a renewed focus on refined British cuisine, their elegant dining room combines exceptional ingredients, modern technique, and world-class service.

They’re now looking for a Sous Chef to join their dynamic and ambitious brigade in delivering a standout culinary experience.

• £48,600 per annum plus circa £6,000 in service charge
• Working 4 days on, 3 days off – 48-hour contract

Responsibilities as the Sous Chef…

• Supporting the Head Chef with the day-to-day running of a high-performance kitchen
• Cooking to the highest standards and maintaining consistency across all sections
• Leading and mentoring a team of chefs in a fast-paced, professional environment
• Playing a key role in menu development and kitchen innovation
• Ensuring the kitchen meets all food hygiene and safety regulations

This role would suit a strong Sous Chef from a luxury fine dining background or a high-performing Junior Sous Chef ready to step up. If you’re passionate about modern British cuisine and want to be part of something special, we’d love to hear from you.
