We are so excited to continue collaborating with one of the most elite 5-star hotels located in the heart of London. They are looking for a Sous Chef to create a variety of delicious dishes that both impress their guests and celebrate the best of British produce.

• £47,200 per annum plus up to £7,000 service charge

Responsibilities as a Sous Chef…

• Creating a variety of different dishes, from banqueting bites to room service staples using the very best ingredients sourced from around the country
• Assisting the Executive Chef in menu planning and recipe creation
• Taking a hands-on approach to leading, managing and mentoring the team
• Going above and beyond to achieve excellence in the kitchen and passing on your culinary expertise to more junior chefs
• Working closely alongside the Head Chef to create a positive working environment

As a Sous Chef, you will be working in the main kitchen of the hotel and creating a variety of banqueting and room service dishes that both delight the eyes and please the palate. Not only is this an exciting opportunity to work in a stunning state-of-the-art kitchen, but this is also a chance to elevate your kitchen management skills and pass on your culinary expertise.
