the main kitchen
Overview of the Sous Chef Role:
The role of Sous Chef supports the Executive Head Chef in the smooth running of this five star kitchen operation. You will be overseeing the production for the Garden Restaurant, specializing in modern English cuisine. Additionally we cater for Banqueting for up to 350 covers along with a thriving Lounge and Room Service operation.
Working along side the Executive Head Chef, other duties will include:
The Sous Chef position may suit an experienced juniou sous chef with the right skills and attitude or an existing Sous Chef looking to take the next step in a larger operation. This is an exciting new role at the Grand with fantastic career advancement opportunities.
You will be working hours as required, five days over seven, including weekends and bank holidays. Some split shifts are required.
Interview will include a work trial.
