We are delighted to be working with a brand-new Mexican restaurant located in the heart of London. Part of a growing group, this vibrant and trendy establishment is on the lookout for a talented Sous Chef to join their team immediately.

You’ll be wondering what’s in it for you as the Sous Chef…

• £43,000 to £45,000 per annum
• Working alongside a highly skilled team of up to 10 chefs
• Being part of a growing group with exciting plans for the future
• Cooking with a variety of fresh ingredients

Responsibilities as the Sous Chef…

• Creating a variety of flavoursome Mexican dishes for up to 1300 covers per week
• Making the most of the restaurant's access to fresh ingredients
• Passing on your culinary knowledge and expertise to the team
• Ensuring a consistently high quality of dishes is being produced

This all-day dining restaurant is renowned for its exceptional Mexican dishes, serving up to 1,300 guests each week. They are looking for a passionate Sous Chef to support the Head Chef as second-in-command, working alongside a team of 8 to 10 to maintain high standards and create a positive kitchen environment.
