The Sous Chef's primary objective is to assist in leading the culinary team in the meticulous preparation of all food items, ensuring exceptional quality, presentation, and taste that consistently exceeds resident expectations. This includes rigorously upholding all sanitary guidelines and maintaining the highest standards of food preparation from start to finish. A key aspect of this role is being well-versed in a wide array of cuisines, enabling the Sous Chef to creatively design and execute diverse menus and dishes.
