Job Requirement 

• SPM holder with 10 years experience in Western Cuisine & Local Cuisine and at least 3 years’ experience as Outlet Chef OR

• Certificate or Diploma in Hotel Catering with 6 years experience in Western Cuisine and Local Cuisine and at least 3 years experience as Outlet Chef

• Possess knowledge in wastage and spoilage control, food quality, kitchen safety and hygiene

• Experience in menu planning and food costing

• Possess basic computer knowledge

• Basic report writing skill will be an added advantage
