Our client is a distinguished private members' club set in a beautiful riverside location, offering a mix of elegant dining, relaxed lounges and exceptional event spaces. With a kitchen team of over 20 skilled chefs, they are now seeking an experienced Sous Chef to support in leading their talented brigade.

• £37,000 per annum

Responsibilities as a Sous Chef…

• Assisting the Head Chef in managing day-to-day kitchen operations
• Overseeing service for both restaurant and event dining
• Supporting with menu development and seasonal specials
• Coaching and inspiring junior chefs within the brigade
• Maintaining high standards of food quality, presentation and hygiene
